From Goals to Assists…

Leading his troops into battle…
.
I just love this man. When he’s not scoring them, he’s dishing out passes for them.
ADP might have been a bit unlucky on Thursday, when Juventus played Genoa in an early match for Serie A’s Matchday 12: he had some good shots on target, but they were either saved or off the mark. His free-kick accuracy was a bit off the mark too, but at least his passing abilities remained in full force. Grygera and Iaquinta are saying thank you.

.
In the words of Goal.com (Player Ratings):
Del Piero – 8.0: Inspired once again was Del Piero. Created two of Juve’s four goals – the first for Grygera and the third for Iaquinta. Also put Molinaro clean through on goal, while he should have scored late on himself.

ADP & Criscito, old teammates at work

Can anyone stop him? Ferrari and Sculli are sure trying…

…and so is Marco Rossi. By any means necessary apparently.

I guess the ref didn’t like the “any means” part. Free-kick time. And you know what that means…

Oh well… not today I guess.

On the upside, Grygera just received an ADP pass…

…and so did Iaquinta. Both are saying “Thank you Alex”.

A well-deserved prize for the effort.

By the way, if anyone can tell me what award exactly did ADP get at the end of the match (last picture), I’d appreciate it.
I’m figuring it’s some kind of man-of-the-match award perhaps, but I couldn’t find it online.
